Chelsea are said to have paraded the Champions League trophy they won earlier this year when Tottenham travel to Stamford Bridge for a pre-season friendly on August 4.
The Blues became European champions by beating Manchester City in Porto on May 29, thanks to first-half winner Kai Havertz.
Tottenham have announced that alongside Arsenal and Chelsea they will support better mental health by participating in The Mind Series this summer.
The three London clubs will face each other in a first round of preseason friendlies in August, just ahead of the 2021/22 season.
Chelsea became the first London club to win the Champions League in 2012. But despite Tottenham reaching the final in 2019, the Blues won the trophy again last summer.
Only 6,000 Blues fans were allowed into the Estadio do Dragao in Porto for the European final. The pre-season friendly match will therefore be a good opportunity for their fans to see the trophy in the flesh.
It was obviously going to happen but it hurts. A trophy that we were so close to getting our hands on being paraded before our eyes, by one of our most bitter rivals.
Hopefully there will be a day when we can show our rivals a trophy. We never know.
