Last year, Renault showed off the Hippie Caviar Hotel concept motorhome (gallery above) using a pre-production electric Trafic as a starting point. One of its most interesting features was a bed able to slide out of the rear doors to allow people to rest in nature. In addition, there was a roof terrace with folders.
Renault even came up with the Caviar Hotel RV concept with luxury features like the ability to order food in the wild, and drones delivered those meals.
The company is showcasing the smaller Hippie Caviar Motel concept at this year’s IAA Transportation Motor Show. He uses the electric Kangoo van as a starting point. The vehicle is equipped with a bench seat that folds into a bed, a panoramic roof and a ski rack. Recycled tires and cork are on the floors and shelves.
