A refreshed Bentley Continental GT is on the way. This spy video captures one being developed in Northern Europe. The development team is not happy that the luxury coupe is filmed and makes several attempts to hide it from the photographer.
The revised Continental GT features a new set of headlights. The company conceals them, but the central section of the lamps is visible. It also looks like the auxiliary lights on the outer corners are more circular in shape. The front fascia corner inlets have a more triangular outline, compared to the current pentagonal design.

When driving with other Bentleys, these drivers take care to block the new Continental GT from the camera. However, it offers a chance to see the current version and the refresh together.
The revised coupe has new taillights that look narrower than the existing ones. In addition, the inner edge of the exhaust pipes now has a vertical shape.
At the start of the video, there is a brief look inside the updated Continental GT. The glance is too short to see well. The driver is not happy that the photographer looks inside and rushes away, including spinning the rear tires.
Previous spy photos confirm that a plug-in hybrid is joining the Continental GT’s powertrain lineup. However, nothing is known about the engine. The PHEV variants of the Bentayga and Flying Spur use turbocharged V6 mills.
The Continental GT may no longer be available with the W12 engine. Bentley is touting the limited-run Batur as the latest application of the 6.0-liter twin-turbo 12-cylinder mill.
Bentley will also introduce a refreshed Continental GTC convertible. It will receive the same headlight and taillight updates as the coupe. Buyers will also be able to get the plug-in hybrid in the convertible.
A launch date for the revised Continental GT range is still a mystery. However, we expect this to happen before the end of the year.
Bentley just announced that 2022 was its best year financially. Its operating income amounted to 708 million euros. Sales reached a record 15,174 units. Bentayga represented 42% of the volume.
