Following a full site visit to Glasgow on Tuesday 20 September and following discussions with supporters, the club will put in place a ticket collection process for this match for 800 supporters. Randomly selected supporters will be required to collect their ticket from a designated location in Glasgow.

A digital verification trial will also take place for 200 supporters, who will be asked to swipe their NFC pass at the Ibrox stadium before entry. The club have been encouraged to test this by supporters as a possible future alternative to collections.

All reservations will be subject to a random voting process. Each supporter named on the online form as a match participant in each reservation selected to collect or swipe their NFC pass will be notified by email and SMS on Monday 3 October.

TICKET CREDITS: Tickets purchased during this season’s competition will be used as match credits towards ticket sales throughout the 2022-23 season and future seasons.

Tickets will be available on line and you may sometimes have to wait in line.

Tickets will be available to season ticket holders and official members who purchased the following Champions League away matches during the 2022-23 and 2019-20 seasons:

  • Napoli (07.09.22)
  • Atletico Madrid (18.02.20)
  • FC Salzburg (10.12.19)
  • KRC Genk (23.10.19)
  • Napoli (17.09.19)

First sale: Tickets will be available ON LINE to subscribers and Official Members who have registered FOUR or more of the above Champions League away fixtures.

Time of sale: from Monday 26 September 8.15 a.m. to Wednesday 28 September 10.30 a.m.

First sale status: Guaranteed – one ticket per qualified supporter, up to a maximum of 10 tickets per reservation.

Second sale: Tickets will be available ON LINE to subscribers and Official Members who have registered THREE of the above Champions League away matches in the 2022-23 and 2019-20 seasons.

Time of sale: from 11 a.m. Wednesday September 28 to 2.30 p.m. Thursday September 29.

Second sale status: Not guaranteed – one ticket per qualified supporter, up to a maximum of four tickets per booking.

Time of sale: from Thursday, September 29, 3 p.m. to Friday, September 30, 10:30 a.m.

Fourth Sale: Tickets will be available ON LINE to subscribers and Official Members who have registered A Champions League away matches above.

Time of sale: from 11 a.m. on Friday 30 September.

Fourth sale status: Not guaranteed – one ticket per qualified supporter, up to a maximum of four tickets per booking.

Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

TRAVELING DISABLED SUPPORTERS

Traveling disabled supporters must purchase tickets in accordance with the full sale details.

SUPPORTERS WHO NEED A WHEELCHAIR SPACE

We received 11 wheelchair bays with associated personal assistants priced at £59 per pair. Wheelchair supporters should contact us to register their interest no later than 12 p.m. on Tuesday, September 27 by email [email protected] and mark the field as UCL Rangers Away.

Please note that if the number of applications exceeds the number of wheelchair places available, a priority draw will take place for those who have registered the highest number of European matches away from seasons 22-23 and 19- 20.

SUPPORTERS ATTENDING THE MATCH

The following information must be provided on the online form when purchasing tickets for THE SUPPORTER ASSISTANT MATCH:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Address
  • Date of Birth
  • Native country
  • Passport or National identity number
  • Mobile number (this is the mobile number we will use to contact traveling supporters)
  • E-mail address (this is the email address we will use to contact traveling supporters)
  • Date of the outward journey
  • Mode of transport to Glasgow: plane/car/coach/train
  • Estimated time of arrival in Glasgow
  • Accommodation details
  • Return trip date

It is essential that the contact details of the supporter participating in the match are correctly entered on the online form.

If duplicate supporter details are provided for more than one ticket, only one ticket will be issued for that supporter.

Name changes or refunds will not be accepted.

LFC cannot be held responsible for tickets not issued or available for collection if incorrect information is provided, so please ensure you enter details correctly and check before finalizing your booking.

  • SUPPORTERS SELECTED FOR TICKET COLLECTION or NFC DIGITAL TRIAL

Further details will be sent on Friday 7 October to the email address and mobile phone number of the supporter named as a participant on the online form.

Supporters will need to show their email and SMS to Glasgow.

If your reservation is selected for collection, ONLY the supporter named on the online form will be able to collect their ticket themselves with photo ID – NO EXCEPTIONS.

If your booking is selected for the NFC digital trial, ONLY the supporter named on the online form will be permitted to enter the stadium with photo ID – NO EXCEPTIONS.

After the game, the purchase will be canceled from the disc against which it was purchased, without refund if:

  • The ticket remains uncollected

WHERE

  • The NFC pass has not been digitally verified if you have been selected for the trial

Ticket processing

Fans must select one of the following fulfillment methods when purchasing their tickets:

1. Collect at Anfield

  • Tickets will be held for collection at ANFIELD only.
  • Tickets must be collected by 12pm on Monday 10 October

2. UK Post

  • Tickets will be sent by special delivery to the registered address of the person making the booking for a charge of £8.10.
  • Royal Mail will send a tracking number to the email address registered on our ticketing system.

3. Post abroad

  • Tickets will be sent via DHL to the registered address of the person making the booking, at a charge of £15.45.

Reservations will only be filled once the random voting process has been completed.

Collection and postage dates will be updated here.

The method of fulfillment chosen will not be considered for supporters selected to collect their ticket in Glasgow, postage costs being refunded.
