- Chelsea will play back-to-back derbies in west London for three days in January
The Premier League have announced five rearranged fixtures to be played in January and February, following Qatar’s mid-season World Cup break.
With a busy schedule heading into the tournament, many games had to be suspended for the new year, with midweek evenings already booked for the Champions League and cup competitions.
However, with the English top flight resuming on December 26, the games that had to be postponed already have a date in the new schedule.
Manchester City will feature in three of five rescheduled Premier League fixtures in the new year

Pep Guardiola’s side are currently second in the table five points behind Arsenal
The most notable game will see top-of-the-table Arsenal host holders Manchester City – currently five points behind second-placed Gunners – on Wednesday February 15 at 7.30pm on Prime Video.

City have also seen two more games rescheduled and will face Antonio Conte’s Tottenham at the Etihad on January 19, as long as neither team is involved in an FA Cup third round replay.
They will also host Wolves three days later on Sunday January 22, with the overseas side looking to get off to a positive start under Julen Lopetegui – who will take charge of their first Premier League draw on Boxing Day.
The other two games to be rearranged both involve Chelsea, and Graham Potter’s men will take part in two London derbies in three days.
First, on Thursday January 12, Chelsea travel to Craven Cottage to take on Fulham in a West London derby at 8pm on BT Sport.
They will then host Brentford at Stamford Bridge at 2pm, as the Blues look to make an impact after the restart after losing pace before Qatar.

Those five fixtures were moved following cancellations in September and October, with Arsenal’s meeting with City originally canceled to host a Europa League clash with PSV following the death of Queen Elizabeth II.
Two matches were also moved after the postponement, with Chelsea’s encounter with Brentford contingent on Fulham’s rearranged clash, and City’s clash with Wolves also moved following their postponed meeting with Spurs.
Broadcast selections for February have yet to be announced but will be awarded in due course, according to the Premier League.
