And Catherine Tyldesley looked radiant on Friday as she rocked her budding bump in a jeweled gown and took stock of her pregnancy as she revealed she suffered from “quite a bit of nausea.”
The former Coronation Street actress, 38, shared the candid moment on Instagram after attending a wedding – the “first bump.”

The sequined dress, complemented by a pleated skirt, enveloped Catherine’s pregnancy curves.
The actress, who is 16 weeks pregnant, wrote: ‘First marriage bumps! I couldn’t stay very long, completely devastated after a busy week – and quite a bit of nausea today. But what a beautiful little time we spent. Congratulations to our beautiful friends Chris & Rebecca.

Catherine already has a six-year-old son, Alfie, with her five-year-old husband, Tom.
Earlier this month, the actress revealed the news to HELLO! magazine, admitting that she “burst into tears” when she found out she was pregnant for the second time.
“We are absolutely delighted. We feel so lucky. When we found out, I burst into tears, ”the Salford star told the publication.

The news comes after battling two years of phantom pregnancy symptoms, due to a hormonal imbalance.
“I had so many tests that I was convinced I was actually pregnant, but in fact my body was just mimicking a pregnancy,” she said. “So this time, even when my belly was a little swollen, I just thought: Oh again the hormonal imbalances!”
‘Tom was in pieces when we found out we were going to have a baby girl. He suddenly became very limp. I’m sure she will have it wrapped around her pinky finger.
Catherine’s condition – hyperemesis gravidarum – is “not like morning sickness because you feel sick all day,” she said, explaining that Kate Middleton also suffers from it.
“It’s the same as Kate, although I wasn’t as extreme as her. I was put on medication and it was a godsend because I feel so much better, ”she said.
