Ashley wore her long, shoulder-length locks in tousled curls and makeup that included a rosy foundation, pink lip and winged eye.
She carried a pink bag in her hands and cradled her baby bump on the way out.
The blonde also accessorized with gold layered necklaces.
Ashley hosted the event at Fortnum and Mason’s tea room and said she slowly warmed up to the idea of having a baby shower.
‘I said yes [to a baby shower] because i’ve realized that it’s good to celebrate milestones and actually the biggest problem is that i’ve missed my friends so much during the newborn stage when it’s more hard to be on the go,’ she said.
So it’s a party with friends. And how special it is to have everyone together,’ she wrote on her Instagram Stories.
Ashley just returned from a relaxing trip to the Maldives with her family, where she also wore the same dress.
She is expecting a baby girl with boyfriend Tommy Andrews and is already a mother to 23-month-old son Alfie.

‘Whenever I say I’m having a girl, people always say ‘Good luck!’ because girls are hard work. But I always wonder if they work hard or if it’s just because we make it harder for them in society.
“Like people talk about locking up their girls and not letting them go out together – but that feels like punishing girls because of the behavior of boys.” How about empowering them and trusting them while teaching our sons to be better and be the kind of men we would want our daughters to be around”.

‘Here are some of the things I want to teach her: She can be ANYTHING she wants to be. If she can dream it, she can do it. Her sex should never get in the way of her ambitions.”
“The way her body looks is the least interesting thing about her. The way she moves, the places she goes and the people she hangs out with are the most important things. I know I always need to speak positively about me around her so that she does not inherit the insecurities of our generation”.
“To love herself and be full of herself. Instead of teaching her to be sweet and gentle and not to “love herself too much”, I want her to know that she is everything. That she never has to settle for anyone or anything,’ she added in part of her post.
