Pop stars including Rag ‘N’ Bone Man, Roachford and Joy Crookes have all taken socially distanced door portraits as they tell the BBC how they survived the lockdown.
Spice Girl Mel C posed with her laptop and headphones, saying they were “my window to the world” while isolating themselves.
Rapper Raxstar held a framed photo of his cousin and uncle, both of whom died after contracting a coronavirus.
“Losing them was a big blow to our whole family,” he told the BBC.
“I want to keep their memories and their spirits alive in everything I do in the future.”
While most artists said they continued making new music during the lockdown, others were inspired to pursue new ideas.
Soul singer Ray BLK discovered a hidden talent for nail art.
“Since I couldn’t go to the manicure shop to do my nails, I have people who do custom nails, and I thought, ‘It’s so amazing to have all these great designs and to be able to do it myself at home.
“It was pretty cool to discover new things.”
Meanwhile, Georgia, a dance actress, dragged a vintage kit of 1980s synthesizers to her porch, after creating a virtual drum circle to help her pass the time.
“We have launched a project called Grooves in Different Rooms, which I hope will soon be broadcast live on my Instagram,” she said.
“There are going to be 20 different drummers positioned in the UK, some even in Europe, and we will be broadcasting a live jam.”
BBC Sound of 2020 artist Joy Crookes also spoke about the importance of maintaining good mental health during quarantine.
“My cat has helped my mental health tremendously during this time,” said the star, whose latest single Anyone But Me addresses her long-standing struggle with anxiety and self-doubt.
“He made me so happy, and every time I’m just relaxing with him, I really don’t think of anything else that is such a beautiful and beautiful place.”
Other artists who participated in the project include Tom Walker, Beverley Knight and Celina Sharma.
