A new workout is all the rage in the celebrity world, with enthusiasts including Pip Edwards and boxer Mike Tyson.

According to an article in the Daily Telegraph on Sunday, Australian and international celebrities have become fans of KAAIAA training.

The workout, created by former Bondi Pilates teacher Leah Simmons, aims to incorporate the four pillars of self.

Pip, who is regularly seen at Pilates studios in the eastern suburbs, called the method a “game changer” for her.

“I have been practicing the KAAIAA method from the start and am a huge fan and advocate for transformation that is real and life changing,” Pip said.

“(It’s) training for the mind and the heart… Working the mind, body and soul all in one is a game-changer,” she added.

The hour-long workout is described as a blend of “Pilates, strength training and meditation” and addresses the four pillars of health, which include mental, spiritual, physical and emotional well-being.

The report states that American boxer Mike Tyson is even a fan of training as well as Jessica Gomes, Montana Cox and filmmaker Joel Edgerton.

Founder Leah is teaming up with model Elle Macpherson’s wellness brand WelleCo for the month of June.

The KAAIAA studio website says the training will take students on a vast journey in themselves to push their limits.

‘[Students will] overcome mental barriers, break emotional barriers and overcome physical limits to experience a liberation, ”says the site, in part.

“Through music, movement, strength and stillness, KAAIAA encourages people to go beyond the intensity of the surface,” he added.

“Pass the sound of the mind and find transformational liberation within. ”
