It has been two years since Nicola Robinson went under the knife to remove her “toxic” breast implants.
And Pete Evans’ wife, Nicola Robinson, 42, has changed her look once again, this time going under the tattoo needle.
On Monday, the former Playboy model shocked fans when she made her debut with a striking tattoo that spilled on her forearm.

The ink featured a geometrically inspired design that incorporated nested lines, circles and triangles.
Nicola showed body art by uploading a black and white photo to her Instagram stories, simply captioned with the word “ fresh ”.
It is the latest in a series of cosmetic changes for Nicola, who announced last year his decision to remove his “toxic” breast implants – after undergoing three enlargements in his twenties.

“I was so ashamed of myself,” she told Channel Seven on Sunday night after explant surgery.
“ And it’s just such an unnecessary emotion to really feel, because it holds you back in the past. This prevents you from enjoying the present moment.
Nicola added that getting rid of the “two big bags” on his chest had completely transformed his life.

“This is a new start for me,” she said. “I have the impression of blossoming with each sunrise!”

Nicola married Pete in 2016 on their family farm in northern New South Wales.
They divide their time between rural property and their newly built house in Malabar, Sydney.
