Incorporated in Ohio sure March 8, 1991, Park square was founded by Daniel Grajzl and John Warcaba as a generalist data reseller with the goal of helping companies achieve their business goals through more efficient use of technology.

A change of direction

An aggressive growth strategy
Park square has had and continues an aggressive acquisition strategy, having acquired 15 national and international companies since 2016.
