On OnePlus forums, as shared by people on 9to5Google:
Over the years, our community has gathered thousands of incredible OnePlus users who are dedicated to helping us improve our products and even our brand. That is why we are always exploring new ways to better hear our community. Today, we are delighted to present a new platform – IDEAS.
IDEAS was created so that you, our OnePlus users, can share your feedback on how to improve the OnePlus product experience for everyone. Unlike other existing feedback channels, this is a platform where each OnePlus user can comment on an idea or show support by voting for it!
It’s not a new idea, Microsoft is doing it with its Windows Insider program. The difference here is that OnePlus offers rewards to users who embrace their ideas, including a VIP ticket to an upcoming OnePlus event with a round trip with overnight accommodation provided.
You can view the full terms and conditions on the OnePlus IDEAS forum.
