NRL star Mitchell Moses hopes to offload luxury Sydney development for $3.3 million
A stunning luxury development in Sydney owned by NRL star Mitchell Moses has hit the market for a whopping $3.3 million.
Located in Gladesvlle, 10km from the CBD, the 790m² corner block has been approved for a duplex, with an estimated construction cost of $1.14 million.
Each of the separate homes will feature four bedrooms and three bathrooms, a swimming pool and a two-car garage.
The site is currently occupied by a classic four-bedroom, two-bathroom 1940s brick house, which the Parramatta Eels hero purchased in 2020 for $1.8 million, the Daily Telegraph reports.
Moses, 29, has been renting the house ever since. It’s now on the rental market for $1,100 a week.

Meanwhile, the football star is hoping to complete an off-market sale for his ultra-modern, architect-created development.
Site plans include sculpted street-facing gardens, modular exterior design and chic lighting.

It comes after the Top Gun halfback recently completed renovations to his family home.
The father-of-one bought the Federation-style home in Ryde for $2.8 million in 2021 and put it up for auction in August for $2.95 million, but it has since been off the market as he There were no takers.
The house has a kidney-shaped swimming pool, which has been refreshed with new screens and bricks.

Moses joins a number of football players who have entered the property renovation market, with some stars making careers out of it after the NRL.
The Parramatta star welcomed his daughter Aspyn with fiancée Bri Gardoni last year, but missed the birth while playing in a preliminary final for the Eels in North Queensland.
