Nicole recently hit back at claims she was responsible for the cancellation of the Pussycat Dolls tour, with the star filing a response to band founder Robin Antin’s lawsuit against her.
She argued that the lawsuit “does not state sufficient facts to constitute a cause of action”, as she denied breaching a 2019 tour contract.
In court documents obtained exclusively by Page Six, Nicole’s attorneys, Howard E. King and Stephen D. Rothschild, called Antin’s lawsuit “a meritless effort to enforce an expired agreement from 2019.”

Winter vacation: Nicole recently returned to Los Angeles after putting on a cozy display with her boyfriend Thom Evans, 36, as the couple posed in a wintry location while in Tennessee last week
They claimed the tour had been “cancelled due to the pandemic” – and not postponed as previously announced on PCD’s Instagram.
King and Rothschild said: “Nicole Scherzinger asked to negotiate terms for a new tour in 2021, instead of agreeing to Antin’s request that the old deal govern the new tour.
“If Antin had participated in the negotiation in good faith instead of doggedly trying to revive the old deal, it is likely that the parties would have reached an agreement for the new tour.”
The attorney accused Antin of trying to publicly blame herself on Nicole for the tour’s cancellation.
Robin sued Nicole in September 2021 for allegedly refusing to go on the tour unless she was given a majority share and full creative control.
