And it looks like the Oscar-winning actress is here to stay, having spent $ 2.78 million on an apartment under her penthouse in the exclusive Latitude building at Milsons Point in Sydney, according to Domain.

The stylish apartment also has a modern kitchen and access to a heated swimming pool, gym and sauna.
Nicole and her husband Keith Urban, 52, already own several other apartments in the same building.
The couple first purchased the penthouse apartment in 2009 for $ 6 million from Mark Bouris, founder of Wizard Home Loans and star of Celebrity Apprentice, before buying the adjoining penthouses for $ 7 million three years later.
