Another week, another list of notable NFL players whose health status is the subject of major conversations. Dak Prescott kicked off earlier in the week as he did not rule out playing this Sunday after having stitches removed from his surgically repaired thumb. Prescott is eager to get back on the court after watching teammate and substitute Cooper Rush lead the Cowboys to a pair of wins over the past two weeks.
Prescott isn’t the only notable player who is struggling with an injury. Tua Tagovailoa’s status for Miami’s Thursday night game at Cincinnati remains uncertain after he was injured in last Sunday’s dramatic win over Buffalo. Keenan Allen hopes to play for the first time since suffering a hamstring injury in the Chargers’ season opener. Jets fans are hoping Zach Wilson will make his season debut this Sunday in Pittsburgh, where Steelers fans are keeping their fingers crossed that Minkah Fitzpatrick can play after going into concussion protocol.
Here’s a look at each of those injuries as well as every other major injury coming into week four of the NFL regular season.
