Samsung is reportedly launching a new 4G variant of its Samsung Galaxy S20 FE smartphone. Not long ago, we spotted the new variant of the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE on the NBTC certification site, which revealed that it would be a 4G device. Today, the new variant of the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE appeared on the Wireless Power Consortium website, which showcases the device in all its glory (and provides us with information surrounding its wireless charging power). New variant of Samsung Galaxy S20 FE visits Wireless Power Consortium (WPC)
As the images from the Wireless Power Consortium certification website show, the new variant of the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE will have the same look compared to other variants available in the market. The glass back will remain and we can see the blue color variant being certified. We can expect, however, that the new variant of the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE will also be available in the other funky color variants.
The Wireless Power Consortium’s list also reveals that the new 4G variant of the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE will offer a maximum fast charging power of 4.4 watts. The device may also have a 25 W fast charge (wired).
Additionally, we’ve heard rumors in the past suggesting that Samsung may soon replace its Exynos 990 variant of the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE with this new variant, which is said to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ processor.
