New study says Apple’s new 2021 iPad Pro, one of Apple’s best iPads right now, will help keep iPad shipments steady in Q2, as other vendors see a decline.
Apple’s shipments will remain stable in the second quarter thanks to the release of its new iPad Pro, while most non-Apple brands will see sequential drops in shipments in the second quarter.
The report says that in the first quarter of 2021, global tablet shipments reached nearly 36 million units, up 45.5% from the same period last year. According to the report, Apple remains the number one brand of tablets, followed by Samsung, Amazon and Lenovo.
