Amazon is now offering a new all-time low on Apple’s just-released 13-inch MacBook Air M3. The entry-level 256GB configuration now sells for $989 shipped in space gray. That’s $110 off the usual $1,099 price it just launched with earlier in the spring and the best price ever. This is still one of the first discounts so far and beats our previous mention by an extra $10.
Apple’s new MacBook Air M3 debuts with the same design as last year’s model, just with notable performance gains. There are of course all the benefits of Apple’s latest in-house silicon, like support for two external displays when the lid is closed, as well as support for Wi-Fi 6E. A new 3-microphone array features Voice Isolation and Wide Spectrum modes, plus improved voice clarity in audio and video calls. And for those of you considering branding the Midnight finish, there’s a new anodizing seal to help reduce fingerprints.
Otherwise, it’s just the latest version of the MacBook Air. It comes with its beautiful Liquid Retina display, as well as MagSafe charging and two Thunderbolt ports.
If you’re not convinced by the improved performance or other tweaks, the previous generation 13-inch MacBook Air M2 is currently an even better value. This is at an all-time low for one of the first times $849thanks to the $250 price drop.
