Naomi Watts and Liev Schreiber go out in Venice with their children

Despite the separation in 2016, they have remained ex friends and continue to co-parent their two children.

And Naomi Watts and Liev Schreiber were seen walking in Venice, Italy with their son Kai, 12, daughter Sasha, 13, and their dog on Tuesday.

The actress, 52, wrapped herself up against the winter chill in a puffy green jacket, which she teamed with a pair of denim jeans.

Naomi kept things casual by stepping out in white sneakers, and she protected her eyes with a pair of white-rimmed sunglasses.

She also protected herself amid the coronavirus pandemic by wearing a surgical mask over her nose and mouth, just like herself and Liev’s two children.

Liev put on a stylish display in a navy blue coat he wore over black pants, while he wrapped a gray scarf to keep out the cold.

Kai bundled up for the cold January weather in a green jacket and gray sweatpants, while Sasha was seen holding her father’s hand as she wore a black coat.

Naomi and Liev split in 2016 after 11 years together, but it is not known if they were officially married.

The former couple spent time together amid the global coronavirus pandemic.

Liev has been based in Italy for several weeks, filming his new project Across the River And Into The Trees, based on the critically-criticized novel of the same name, Ernest Hemingway.

During the New Year’s holidays, Naomi, Sasha and Kai joined him for some leisure time together, hurtling down the slopes of the Italian Alps in Cortina d’Ampezzo.

Since their romance ended five years ago, Liev and Naomi have remained good friends and closely co-parent their children together.

The actress is currently dating fellow actor Billy Crudup, 52, while Liev has seen actress Taylor Neisen, 27.
