Matt Preston traded in his famous ties and suits for exercise equipment as he hit the gym in Melbourne on Friday morning.
The celebrity chef, 61, was spotted leaving the gym in a gray t-shirt, black shorts and trainers after what appeared to be a sweaty workout.
The reality star looked positively spent as he made his way to the parking lot with a towel draped over one shoulder.

Matt has been working on his health after leaving MasterChef in 2019, adopting a healthier diet and exercise program after tipping the scales at 140kg.
“As we know it’s about a healthy lifestyle, but the hardest part is actually having the time to dedicate an hour to going to the gym,” he told The Daily Telegraph shortly. after leaving the reality TV series.
“I firmly believe that you have to have a coach. If you want to get to that point where you can’t lift your car keys anymore because your arms are so tired, that’s hard to do yourself,” he continued, adding that he found a “brilliant” coach.

It comes after Matt revealed his unlikely opinion of his My Kitchen Rules co-star Nigella Lawson.
Speaking on Fitzy & Wippa, the food critic explained what the 62-year-old British celebrity cook really looks like behind the scenes of the Channel Seven reality show.
‘Nigella is like that little sister you love, but she can be a little annoying sometimes. That’s why I love working with her,’ Matt revealed.
