Deadline reports the cause of death of Fame star Irene Cara was natural, caused by arteriosclerotic and hypertensive cardiovascular disease. The Mayo Clinic notes that the disease stresses the heart due to high blood pressure and plaque buildup in the arteries. Cara, who was 63, died on November 25.
