Premier League clubs aren’t kidding this summer with a host of big deals done.
Manchester City and Liverpool dominated the top flight last season and wasted no time in bolstering their attacking ranks of transfer market stars.
Nunez and Haaland are among the Premier League’s most expensive signings this summer
City confirmed his superb contract with superstar Erling Haaland at the start of the summer before Liverpool responded by paying the biggest fee of the window so far on Darwin Nunez.
But Chelsea have been the biggest spenders and have invested huge sums of money in Marc Cucurella, Kalidou Koulibaly and Raheem Sterling.
Tottenham also went big, splashing out £60m on Everton’s Richarlison.
Arsenal spent big on former City man Gabriel Jesus, while Pep Guardiola used the money to bring in Kalvin Phillips from Leeds.
