London-based Moroccan fans took to the streets of the capital to show their pride at reaching the last eight of the tournament in Qatar.
Fans have every right to be delighted as the nation reached their first-ever World Cup quarter-final.
Videos and photos have been posted on social media showing fans celebrating and lighting flares on Edgware Road.
Separate clips also showed people celebrating Oxford Street, as well as elsewhere in London.
It was a famous win for Morocco in Qatar as they beat Spain on penalties.
They are only the fourth African team to reach a World Cup quarter-final.
Achraf Hakimi hit the winning penalty, with a bold Panenka as they won 3-0 in the shootout.
The match ended 0-0 after 120 minutes with Morocco hanging on at the end.
They will face Portugal in the quarter-finals on Saturday.
Morocco head coach Walid Regragui said it shows the nation can appeal to these players whether they were born in the country or not.
“I fought that many times,” he said in his post-match press conference.
“Before this World Cup, we had a lot of problems with guys born in Morocco and in Europe. Sometimes people, including some journalists in this room, said that these guys don’t like Morocco, why not play with guys born in Morocco?
“We showed the world that every Moroccan is Moroccan, when he comes with the national team he wants to die, wants to fight.
“I was born in France but no one can take my heart away from my country. My players give 100%. Some players were born in Germany, others in Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, France and all countries have a football culture. You make this milkshake with that and you reach the quarter-finals.
