Victoria’s Secret model Kelly Gale announced to Instagram fans on Saturday that she has relaunched her YouTube channel.
And this week, the 24-year-old woman treated her viewers to her 12-minute “ booty burn training ” which can be followed while isolating yourself at home.
Showing her cleavage, abs and behind in a pink crop top and leggings, the Swedish-Australian beauty interrupted the exercises to tone the lower half.

“Hey guys, if you’re in self-isolation or quarantine right now and haven’t been working at home, that’s about to change,” Kelly told fans in the clip.
The brown bomb said it had “ the perfect workout for your legs and buttocks ” that requires no equipment “ but lots of repetitions ”.
Kelly began by performing a series of “ spider kicks ” – a movement that sees one in the plank position and using one leg to step out in front and then back.

On all fours, Kelly then executed a series of “ass kicks” and “donkey impulses”.
For the ass kick, the glamazon lifted a leg ninety degrees behind her, then back, before standing in the ninety degree position and jogging.
The “fire hydrants” again saw Kelly on all fours, this time lifting one leg to the side, at an angle of ninety degrees, then returning to the starting position.
Also working on the abs, Kelly led viewers through a series of “ right kicks ”.

Kelly, who has run the Victoria’s Secret trail five times, told Vogue Australia in November 2018 that she supplements her exercise program with a balanced diet.
“I have never been introduced to unhealthy and unhealthy foods, so for me it’s just natural to eat very healthy,” she said.
“I eat a lot of fish, all vegetables except potatoes, I like slow-release carbohydrates like oatmeal for breakfast, yogurt and lots of berries and fruit.
