Mobilicom Limited has announced a first order for two of its products from a new customer, one of the largest defense contractors in Europe. The customer integrates Mobilicom’s mobile ground control station and MCU Mesh network into a coupled and networked ground vehicle and drone system. The drone remote control is housed inside the ground vehicle and can be moved outside the vehicle by an operator controlling the drone.
The key asset is the mesh network capability that can be expanded to support multiple drones in a swarm operation, in which many drones can independently make decisions based on data shared via Mobilicom’s secure mesh network.
