She tied her brunette locks into a sleek updo and let her natural beauty shine, opting for a neutral makeup palette.

The exit comes after Olivia appeared in Melbourne Magistrate’s court on Tuesday, where Sean Kennedy, 46, was convicted of sexually assaulting her at the St Kilda Hotel esplanade in July 2019.

The court heard that the model was standing on the dance floor when Kennedy grabbed her buttocks.

When she confronted him, he threatened, “If you keep talking, I’ll do something much worse to you.”

Olivia complained to security and Kennedy, who the court said had a history of similar crimes, was evicted from the scene before she later reported the assault to police.

The Frankston man, who was convicted of one count of sexual assault last week, has been convicted and sentenced to an 18-month community correction order. He was also sentenced to re-education.

The court heard that Kennedy initially tried to fight the charge, saying he was not the man in CCTV footage of the assault.

After offering the opportunity to apologize to Olivia in court, Kennedy apologized, but bizarrely claimed he was also traumatized by the crime.

Mental health advocate Olivia opens up about her traumatic ordeal to urge another woman to stand up against sexual predators.

“I felt like there had been too many times in my life, and friends of mine went through the same sort of thing, when things like this happened and you just put them under. the mat hoping we can forget about it and just walk away from there. I just think that’s enough, “she told the Herald Sun.

“Similar things have happened to me in the past that have really upset me, but I didn’t really use my voice and felt it was finally time to do it, and make the point that you can’t treat people like that and get away with it.

Olivia said women shouldn’t be afraid to report inappropriate behavior – even minimal – that makes them feel uncomfortable.

“If your gut is telling you that something is seriously wrong, chances are it is really wrong and you should point it out,” she said.
