Mindy Kaling has lost a lot of weight since last year.
And this week, the 43-year-old actress from The Mindy Project gave a hint about what she eats.
In footage shared to Instagram, the Velma star was seen digging into a plate of colorful fruit as she sat at a breakfast table. Next to her was a glass of Diet Coke with a slice of lemon.
Kaling is vacationing in Jaipur, India with friends as she enjoys a rare break from her Hollywood schedule.
And in the various snapshots, she appears to be the thinnest ever after she started losing weight a year ago.

In May, she revealed that she had lost a few pounds by working out more; she said as she stopped worrying about how she looked and focused on how she felt.
The Never Have I Ever writer shared several images in the plunging dress which made the most of her chest and small waist.
The dress was also long-sleeved and very short, revealing sculpted legs.
Her hair was worn and she had a lot of makeup on as she looked ready to hit up a Hollywood nightclub on a date.
She spoke to People in May about her physical well-being and noted that she had previously only been interested in maintaining her appearance.
The Office actor remarked that she had moved on from her old ideas and started focusing on how she could maintain a level of wellness through fitness.
Kaling said, “I’ve really tried to let go of this idea of losing weight for vanity’s sake and really try to think about how I can be healthy.”
The actress then gave her definition of what the term healthy meant to her.

She expressed: “Healthy is working out, moving my body a lot, staying hydrated, and then not having negative connotations around working out and making me feel like if I don’t do that, I won’t be anything else.”
Kaling went on to remark that she likes to try new routines in an effort to keep herself surprised with every move.
“I don’t have to be an expert in it to really enjoy it and get a great workout.” Surprising the body with a lot of different things, I think is really good, especially for my body,” she said.
The performer went on to say that she agreed to not meet her expectations for routines on occasion.
“I really mixed things up and knew that while a workout didn’t necessarily have me soaking my clothes in sweat, it was still a good workout,” she said.
Kaling was keen to point out how regular exercise has changed her life for the better.

“I have some of my best creative ideas when I work out. It made me feel so confident. It made me feel so good and I recognized the fact that I love working out’, she said.
The interpreter noted that she was previously afraid to admit that she had trained.
‘I’ve never felt that kind of confidence to be like, ‘Yeah, actually, I train four to five times a week. Can you believe it?’ I always felt like I had to be shy about it,” she said.
The actress then remarked that “it’s okay to like movement and think about taking care of yourself.”

Kaling concluded by explaining how she wanted to educate her daughter Katherine and son Spencer, aged four and one, about physical well-being through her own fitness routines.
“What’s really good – and I feel so lucky – is that I think I have this opportunity to lead by example [for my kids] that it’s okay to work out,” she said.
She specifically expressed that she wants her daughter to follow in her fitness footsteps.
“I really love being able to be that example for her and model it for her…I can’t wait until she’s old enough that she can be like my workout buddy, and just really like normalizing fitness in our house,” she said.
