Fredrik Eklund and Josh Altman have teamed up to co-list a Beverly Park home with a $ 28.5 million listing price on Thursday’s episode of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles.
The Season 13 episode titled “Orange You Glad It’s a Co-List?” opened with 44-year-old Fredrik during a sign-up meeting with seller representative Yuri in the exclusive neighborhood.
“I might not know all the gated communities in all of California, but I do know Beverly Park. I mean, I have clients from New York who have searched Beverly Park. I mean, they want privacy, security. These are $ 20 million, $ 30 million, $ 40 million, $ 50 million, $ 100 million houses, just for billionaires and big celebrities, ”Fredrik said in a confessional.

“I mean, if I get that list, it would be huge for my career,” added Fredrik who has expanded his business to New York City to include the Los Angeles market.
Yuri gave Fredrik a tour of the 13,500 square foot home which included a kitchen with a custom bright orange island that gave the episode its title.
‘It’s a beautiful kitchen. I like the layout. But it’s a bit specific, ”said Fredrik.

Josh accepted the co-registration agreement and viewed it as an olive branch from Fredrik after some prior disagreements between them.
“Beverly Park, in my opinion, I think, is the first gated community on the whole planet,” Josh said.
They met at the Beverly Park home with Josh’s videographer Ben and shot a video that showcased their different styles.

The episode also showed Tracy Tutor, 46, delivering the bad news to salesperson Shelley that a buyer had pulled out of her completely renovated Abington home in Beverly Hills.
Tracy received a relief offer from Karina who agreed to an unconditional cash deal to buy the house for $ 6.3 million.
She made a commission of $ 157,500 with the case.
