Millie confirmed that her husband, Hugo, 34, had also tested positive for coronavirus, leaving her concerned that the couple could not care for their nine-month-old baby daughter Sienna.
She wrote: ‘A few months ago I had Covid – I had a cold which turned into flu-like symptoms, and soon after I lost my sense of smell which has drove Hugo and I tested positive.
“ I felt angry with myself and embarrassed to contract the virus, which is ridiculous given its contagion, but there is a stigma and guilt surrounding this disease that is not talked about much.
‘I missed not being able to walk while we were isolating at home, but it wasn’t bad as I thought but I would be lying if I said the experience wasn’t affecting my health mental.

“ When I started to develop a fever, coughing fits and shortness of breath, I was really anxious to end up in the hospital.
“I wanted to be fit and healthy so I could take care of Sienna!” (Luckily, she only had cold symptoms and Hugo wasn’t feeling too bad and did a great job of daycare to Dad).
Millie continued, “ After a few days I was feeling a lot better, but it took 2-3 weeks for my energy to return to normal and my sense of smell still hasn’t returned.
“You realize how a joy it is to smell your coffee in the morning or dinner cooking in the evening and how much I took it for granted before!”

Millie is working out at home, but said she misses the gym and recently told fans that she weighs 11 lbs (5 kg) more than before giving birth to Sienna.
She insisted that she was not trying to regain her pre-pregnancy weight and focused on maintaining good mental and physical health.
