Just months after losing her dog, Mary Jane, Miley Cyrus welcomed a new puppy to her family! The singer shared photos of her dog, Angel, named after Mary Jane.
Cyrus shared a series of photos alongside a caption citing his Golden Globe nominated song from Lock“I thought I lost you when you ran away to try to find me,” she wrote, quoting the lyrics. “I thought I would never see your sweet face again.” I turned around and you were gone and the days went by. I kept the moments we were in. Because I was hoping in my heart that you would come back to me, my friend. And now I got you … But I thought I lost you.
The singer shared that she thought Mary Jane sent Angel to her, “Almost two months ago my best friend Mary Jane, a rescued pit, left this world. knew she wasn’t gone for good. She had survived the body she was in but she never said goodbye… .. with her eyes she whispered “See you soon Bestie”. Mary Jane defined loyalty and would never break a promise. I can feel her here with me blessing this new member of my family called “Angel” because she was delivered to me by a… My Mary.
Cyrus shared that she was “head over heels in love” with Angel and closed her post by noting that Angel “is enlightened by the aura of the late and great Mary Jane,” she said. “Long live love. It never dies. * ALL THE TEARS YOU SEE IN THIS SLIDE ARE HAPPY * 😭 💙💕🦴💌 ⛪️.”
Pit bulls are one of the most misunderstood types of dogs. Unfortunately, many humans believe that pit bulls are naturally vicious and dangerous. However, this perception is not based on the inherent behavior of the breed, but rather on the actions of other human beings who breed and train pit bulls for dog fighting. Sadly, despite all the stories that show just how loyal and gentle Pit Bulls can be, they are often overlooked and left in shelters. This is why Miley’s decision to adopt another pit bull is so big! She sets an example for others and shows them that pit bulls are just as adorable as any other type of dog!
