Miley Cyrus has been flashing a lot of flesh lately. Along with wowing the crowd with one stunning piece after another during her hugely successful New Year’s Eve show with co-host Pete Davidson, the 29-year-old “Prisoner” hitmaker also treated fans to a completely black, completely transparent mini. -dress as well as a very risque ad campaign for Gucci, which involved her being dressed head-to-toe in the brand’s latest pieces while showing off lots of legs in the process.
However, we think her last photo shoot for Interview magazine might just be the slickest thing the singer has worn – or not worn – in quite some time! The “Angels Like You” singer dutifully shared one of the images from the crazy photo shoot with her 160 million Instagram followers, and captioned it: “Let me hear you say, this [expletive] is bananas BANANAS,” followed by alternating banana and yellow heart emojis. “@interviewmag LiNk In BiO to read my convo with @larsulrich styled by @melzy917 photographed by @briannalcapozzi,” the caption continued.
The ‘Heart Of Glass’ singer proved the no-pants trend isn’t just sticking around in 2021, as the image shows Miley leaning against a tree with one leg raised to touch the tree, while the other is stretched out to touch the other tree (we could start doing yoga if it makes us as flexible as Miley!) wearing nothing but a yellow top and hot pink ’70s-inspired platform shoes. was definitely not on the program for this photoshoot! And we don’t blame him or the style team for making that decision; we wouldn’t say no if we had perfect pins like Miley’s! The “Midnight Sky” musician is also surrounded by countless peeled bananas and banana peels on the ground (hence her caption) which actually didn’t sit well with some fans on social media, who took stated that this promotes food waste.
“What a disgusting waste of food,” read one comment, to which another IG user responded by adding, “This is really disgusting, isn’t it? Smfh. Another comment read in part: ‘We so have some hungry people here so let’s waste some food then take a pic and act like it’s cool smfh you should be ashamed however there were also hundreds of other positive comments including ‘i love it and you too,” “Those beautiful legs,” “I love you Miley,” followed by several red heart emojis and “Wow that’s so sexy you’re so handsome.” We remain hopeful that these bananas were just props or due to expert Photoshopping post-shoot.
