Mike Tyson set an impressive score while playing darts blindfolded during a segment on live television.
The former undisputed heavyweight champion has mellowed considerably since his fighting years and now often appears on TV shows and podcasts.
During one such appearance a few years ago, “Iron Mike” was invited to participate in a game of darts blindfolded.
With his first pitch, Tyson hit the board and scored five points.
The presenter remarked: “You hit the board, that doesn’t usually happen, you’re doing great.”
With his second dart, Tyson nailed the outer ring of the target.
The presenter shouted, “Oh my God, did everyone see that?”
And with his last throw, Tyson once again hit the outer ring of the target.
At that point, the whole studio erupted and the announcer said, “That’s two targets, what?”
Tyson promised: “I’m not looking. Look at my eyes, I’m not looking or anything.”
The scoreboard was then updated with Tyson taking the top spot.
Before his attempt, the best score was 35.
However, with his three darts, Tyson smashed that high score with a total of 55 next to his name.
He hopes to prove his correctness again, but in a different sense, when he returns to the ring against Jake Paul on July 20.
