Another branch of Microsoft Edge is joining its family on the Google Play Store.
Microsoft is bringing the full line of Edge browsers to Android devices, but one entry was still missing: the beta. Now Microsoft is fixing this problem by releasing the beta version of Edge on the Google Play Store.
Microsoft Edge beta, now mobile
Microsoft has just released the app. If you’re interested, head over to the Microsoft Edge Beta app page and download it right away.
The release marks another member of the Edge family making their leap to smartphones. Microsoft has already released Edge, Edge Dev, and Edge Canary on Android devices, giving users a wide selection of versions to choose from.
Of course, since this is the Edge Dev version, Microsoft wants to know what you think of the browser. Make sure to try it out and report any bugs or issues you encounter so that Microsoft can make Edge on Android even better.
Make a better beta with Microsoft Teams
If you want to experience and test all the brilliant new features of Microsoft Teams on Android, try the beta. Anyone can download and use it, and your feedback can help shape the future of the browser on your phone.
If you don’t mind sacrificing some stability to see all the top features as they develop, you should check out the Canary version. It packs some still hot features from Microsoft and gives you the chance to play with them before anyone else.

It’s still a work in progress, but it’s a promising sign for Edge fans with Android devices.
