Michelle had returned to the set the day before after being told she had to self-isolate for two weeks after being exposed to Covid.

While she had come into contact with the virus, she had not contracted it.

A source told MailOnline: ‘Michelle had to take time away from the Brassic Plateau again and lay down in Essex with her husband Mark Wright.

“She only missed one day of filming. But she needed to isolate herself after coming into contact with someone in Manchester who had it.

Fortunately, everything happened very quickly and Michelle did not return to the Brassic set before isolating herself. So it didn’t affect the shoot too much.

“She has spent the past two weeks in total isolation. She will resume filming at the end of this week.

MailOnline understands Brassic got around this issue and continued to film scenes that Michelle is not in.

Meanwhile, Michelle and her husband Mark, 33, have certainly used their time at home wisely – deciding to put up their Christmas decorations this weekend.

Although there are still seven weeks until Christmas Day, the couple – who have been married since 2015 – documented their festive makeover on social media on Sunday, from delivering a gigantic tree to decorating it in going through the impressive finished product.

“It's 2020! The rules have gone out the window! The Wright-Keegan family are clearly fed up with 2020 - so have put up their Christmas decorations to cheer themselves up
