Mena Suvari and husband Michael Hope eat take-out from Veggie Grill while stocking up on groceries

Mena Suvari and her husband Michael Hope were spotted eating a Veggie Grill takeout in Los Angeles this week.

The 41-year-old actress and her man stopped for some food while getting groceries for the social distancing caused by the coronavirus.

They apparently felt so spicy that rather than bringing the food home, they stopped where they were and ate on a public bench.

She and her third husband were in matching black sets, donning leggings and hoodies and accessorizing with baseball caps.

Mena, a vegan celebrity, launched her Instagram on Thursday and urged fans to think about their eating habits during the pandemic.

“The current situation has also caused us to focus on and fix our health, as we question our own mortality. And it’s a beautiful thing! ‘she argued.

“We have to make the connection that, yes, we are just energy, and therefore we are what we eat. Everything is just vibration. Now I know that the quickest argument that comes to my mind is, “It’s too expensive to be vegan, to eat healthy, yada yada …”, she writes.

“But, as with everything, you have to adapt and get used to it and learn to mix and match and therefore become ingenious. Because the truth is that it really isn’t. There are many options around the world in many ways to make a HEALTHIER choice, ” Mena told her fans.

“And we have to be vigilant. Our soil is poor, our water and our air are contaminated. So we have to work to take care of our temples as much as possible with what we eat, the supplements we take and even the society we keep. SPIRIT BODY OF MIND, she said.

“This is an opportunity to get to know each other better, to ask questions about how you can improve your mind, body and spirit to move forward. We will always continue to progress and one day we will get out of this fear, but what changes will you have incorporated? Asked Mena.

“What new connections will you have made?” How are you going to live this new life? We can use this time to work on the one thing that we can, as much as possible, “control”, our well-being. I wish you all, happy and healthy! ”

Mena and Michael, who met while filming a Hallmark film in 2016, covertly married him in 2018 and announced the wedding in October.

“It was very intimate. It was really beautiful. I had my closest friends with me. It was very meaningful, ” she told Us Weekly of her wedding.

“After all these years, sort of ups and downs, it’s very nice to be installed, especially at this point in my life.”
