The Grammy Awards had their 65th music celebration on Sunday, February 5. While the performers were busy presenting and accepting awards, our eyes were on each celebrity’s hairstyles, makeup, and nails. There were more than a few looks that stole our beauty hearts, but that was Megan FoxThe luxurious diamond encrusted manicure that blew us away as each nail was solid 14k white gold.
Fox arrived at the awards night wearing a sleeveless white dress with gold appliqués on the bodice to pair with those expensive labels. To create the gold nails, manicurist Brittany Boyce worked with Marrow Fine Jewelry founder Jillian Sassone. Boyce filed and shaped the After Nail Gel-X extensions to fit Fox’s natural nails perfectly.

Stiletto nail tips were 3D scanned by Sassone to create custom molds filled with 14k white gold. After the white gold stylus tips were set, Boyce polished and buffed them before arranging and bonding 15 white diamonds in the shape of a cross on each tip.
It was hard for viewers at home to see all the details of this expensive manicure, but you can see the nails on Fox’s hand above and a close-up of the tips below. It took a total of 150 white diamonds and an undetermined amount of 14k white gold to create these sharp points.
Honestly, part of us wants to know how much these nails are worth, but at the same time, we’re almost scared to hear how expensive they were to create. Regardless of the hefty price tag, we have to prop up Fox, Boyce and Sassone for what might be our favorite manicure from the 2023 Grammys.
