People on TikTok determined whether they were “upper teeth talkers” or “lower teeth talkers” as part of a new trend, inspired by actress Megan Fox.
THE Transformers The actress tends to show her bottom teeth when speaking, while she also speaks through her teeth, shaking her head and having her mouth slightly open, these characteristics have been shared in videos on how to talk like her.
But it’s the bottom teeth element that went viral as TikTokers lip-synched to Dayna’s trending song “Hideaway” to find out if they’re talking with their top or bottom teeth showing.
“Apparently Megan Fox would lip sync with her bottom teeth, guess I’m not Megan Fox,” @cjsbikinis said in a video participating in the trend.
While TikToker Max Belegde posted a video of himself saying the lyrics and said: “I was convinced I was going to be a great speaker, I’m mortified.”
The trend prompted viewers to share their thoughts on the conversation between top and bottom teeth.
One person said: “Please someone help me understand, only your lower jaw can move, so what is a talker with upper teeth??? »
“I speak badly and I don’t understand those who speak loudly, how do you do it?” another person wrote.
Someone else added: “and which type is more ‘preferable’? I don’t get it, I see videos of people upset at being a high-end speaker and people upset at being a high- high-end speaker. Am I CONFUSED?!?”
“No one notices this stuff, but people only talk when they smile or smile slightly,” a fourth person commented.
