Mat Rogers is not convinced that his former survivor: All-Stars co-star Locklan ‘Locky’ Gilbert appears on The Bachelor for the right reasons.
In a Hit FM breakfast interview with Lise, Sarah, Dan and Ben on Wednesday, the 44-year-old rugby league footballer said Locky, 30, had money, no money. love, in mind.
“There are probably a lot of reasons, and they are all dollars,” he said of Locky’s decision to appear on Channel 10 reality show.

It was announced Wednesday that Locky would appear as the season’s bachelor in the hit series.
“I really want to find love. I’m pretty happy with my life right now. I’m going on crazy adventures, but I’m doing it on my own, ” Locky said Wednesday at 10.
But speaking on the radio, Mat said he didn’t consider Locky the type of guy who would sign up for The Bachelor.

“He certainly likes to stay in control, and there will be no other guy he will have to fight for The Bachelor,” he thought.
“But there are going to be a lot of girls fighting for his attention, so it’s going to be interesting to see how he takes care of it.”
Mat didn’t have a lot of good things to say about the new Bachelor, saying that while he’s a bit of a control freak, he’s “ outdoors ”.
“ There are probably a lot of reasons, and they’re all dollars, ” Mat said of Locky’s decision to appear on Channel 10 reality show.
In an article published on Instagram on Tuesday, Mat paid tribute to Locky after his elimination from Survivor.
He admitted that even though they were often pitted against each other in the reality show, he was empathetic with what it would feel like to be kicked out.
“We never connected on a real level in the game, because from the first day, we were against each other. It might have been different if it hadn’t happened, ”he wrote.
