Former Married At First Sight star Heidi Latcham stripped naked while recording his radio show on Tuesday.
The 91.9 Sea FM host shared an Instagram post of herself relaxing in her chair in the recording studio, covering her modesty with nothing but a small white towel.

She then explained that she was participating in “#TowelChallenge”, an Instagram hashtag created by Survivor star Lee Carseldine to raise awareness for the Stroke Foundation.
In Monday’s episode of Survivor: All Stars, Lee was forced to leave when his mother suffered a stroke while in the jungle, dying before he could go home.
Reflecting on the tragic episode, Heidi wrote: “Here is the tiger. Last night watching Survivor tore my heart. Lee lost his beautiful mom Elizabeth to a jungle stroke.

“Last night watching Survivor tore my heart apart. Lee lost his beautiful mom Elizabeth to a jungle stroke. I’m so glad that Mark ‘Tarzan’ Herlaar was able to grab you in his arms, ” she added.
Heidi then explained that she was unaware of the shocking statistics on Australian stroke rates before the towel challenge began.
“Until today, I didn’t know that one in four people in Australia had a stroke, every nine minutes someone has a stroke, and they are more common than pancreatic cancer and breast together, “she wrote.
