It’s the handsome Gold Coast model who hopes to find love in this year’s season of Married At First Sight.
But before 26-year-old Mitch Eynaud ‘married’ a complete stranger, Daily Mail Australia can reveal he once dated another reality star in the form of Love Island Australia’s Edyn ‘Mac’ Macckney .
The couple are thought to have dated for several months around 2013 before deciding they would be better off as friends.

“We dated many moons ago, we were much younger,” Edyn, also from the Gold Coast, told Daily Mail Australia on Sunday.
“We’ve remained friends over the years and I’m super excited for him on MAFS.”
“Australia will love his cheeky yet down-to-earth personality,” she added, when asked how she thought people would react to her appearance in the social experiment.

“We’ve remained friends over the years and I’m super excited for him on MAFS,” Edyn said.
Although he’s never struggled to get women’s attention, Mitch admits he’s never spent more than two nights in a row with a girl in his life.
Now he hopes to settle down and hopefully meet the girl of his dreams.
As reported by Daily Mail Australia, the genetically blessed groom will be paired with Melbourne-based beautician Ella Ding.
