She wrapped up her mid-90s Always Be My Baby hit earlier this week for Elton John’s ambitious COVID-19 benefit.
On Friday, Mariah Carey was content to sync with her 2008 Migrate track as she pampered her eight-year-old daughter Monroe Cannon in a video posted on her Instagram stories.
The 50-year-old pop star covered her face with a black mask while caring for her daughter’s eye-catching wig, although there seemed to be no danger of infection during the social distancing from the House.

Mariah was dressed in a long black kimono covered with gray and pale pink floral patterns.
Her caramel-colored locks were tied in a ponytail while the masked singer painted her daughter’s pink chewing gum wig.
Monroe wore a yellow Hello Kitty Child’s Play tie t-shirt and black Mickey and Minnie Mouse leggings as she sat on the designer chair and playing on her phone.
“Pass the time in quarantine”, Mariah captioned the clip.

The Grammy winner paused while tending Monroe’s wig to face the camera and start lip syncing with her collaboration T-pain playing in the background.

“Well, honey, do you like it?” she asked her daughter, who gave a soft “yes”.

Mariah also shares her daughter’s Moroccan twin brother with her ex-husband Nick Cannon, with whom she was married from 2008 to 2016.
The two children recently accompanied their mother to her 50th birthday celebrations at home on March 27.
Her message seems to have cleared up some long-standing confusion regarding the singer’s age, as her year of birth was alternately listed as 1969 and 1970.
She followed the birthday celebrations at home with a breathtaking performance at Elton John’s living room concert, which raised $ 8 million for COVID-19 relief efforts and featured singers such as Billie Eilish, Camila Cabello and Shawn Mendes, Alicia Keys and the Backstreet Boys.
