Mansory built an armored 800 HP AMG G63 because of their behavior

Whether you like or hate Mansory’s custom creations, there is no doubt that the end result is always distinctive. We’re used to seeing crazy Bentleys with bonker color combinations, or Lamborghini’s with crazy body kits, but we’ve never seen anything like this from Mansory. We’re not just talking about an armored Mercedes-AMG G63 either. We will explain this in a little more detail.

First, let it penetrate for a moment: a class G armored vehicle by Mansory. Who Said VIP Protection Should Be Boring? All things considered, this G63 is one of the most beautiful Mansory developments we have seen, and this applies to both the exterior and the interior. The tuning company advertises this simply as Shielded G3 oon their website, and there’s not much to offer either. Presumably, there aren’t many buyers looking for opulent armored vehicles, so Mansory offers a series of photos showing a properly badass G63 with a prompt to contact a dealer for assistance.

However, there is a video on YouTube (at the top of the article) that lists at least some information in its description. The body is finished in visible carbon fiber – a material which is not known to be particularly bulletproof – but there must be some serious reinforcement underneath. It offers VPAM4 or VPAM7 protection, which can stop the fire of handguns in its lowest format and 30-caliber rifle cartridges in the upper trim. The video description also tells us that the G63 embraced by Mansory gets a power upgrade to 700 horsepower (522 kilowatts) or 800 hp (597 kW).

Unfortunately, this is all the specific information we get. We left to browse Mansory’s photos for more details, where we are greeted with pieces of quilted leather on just about everything inside. It’s certainly a Mansory trademark, but the light brown / brown color combination is surprisingly modest. A push bar with integrated red and blue is visible at the front, and it wouldn’t be Mansory without a carbon fiber body kit.

Here’s where it gets interesting. Mansory’s photos usually portray a fabulously extravagant machine in flashy colors, but this pack contains a few photos of the construction. Indeed, this carbon fiber body is supported by appropriate armor, as we see inside the bare G63 with steel plates welded everywhere. The entire greenhouse of the G63 is emptied for conversion, so yes, we have never seen a Mansory vehicle like this.

How much does it cost to have an armored, modified Mansory G63 of 800 horsepower in your fleet? If you need to ask, you can’t afford it.
