The road to the final at Wembley is now set with some big games along the way
Meanwhile, Manchester City will host the only remaining Championship side in the competition, Sheffield United, in the second clash.
Both matches will take place on the weekend of Saturday April 22 and Sunday April 23 and will be played at Wembley Stadium.
City secured their place in the last four after an emphatic 6-0 win over Burnley on Saturday night.
The win over club legend Vincent Kompany’s side means their hopes of a quadruple are still alive and well.
United will be hoping to secure their place by hosting Fulham in the final quarter-final clash on Sunday afternoon.
Elsewhere, Brighton earned their place in the last four with a 5-0 win over League Two Grimsby Town.
Meanwhile, Sheffield United took the other semi-final spot with a 3-2 over Blackburn in what was a thrilling clash at Bramall Lane.
The Blades will likely be without two of their key players for this semi-final clash as they have a pair on loan from City.
Tommy Doyle got the winner in the quarter-finals, but he is one of those on loan. The other is midfielder James McAtee, who has featured 29 times this season for the club.
The decision will be up to Man City whether they can play the semi-final.
