Police are investigating alarming video of MAFS bride Hayley Vernon leaning out of a moving convertible without a seatbelt after it was posted and then removed by co-star Ivan Sarakula
Police are investigating footage of the former Bride at First Sight Bride Hayley Vernon leaning out of a moving convertible without a seat belt.
She was filmed lifting her shirt in the backseat as the vehicle drove down a Gold Coast street, while MAFS star Ivan Sarakula sat in the front passenger seat.
The driver of the car was not visible in the footage, which Ivan posted to his Instagram account and then quickly deleted.
A Queensland Police spokesperson told Daily Mail Australia she was aware of the video and “was working to establish the validity of the footage.”

The footage showed the OnlyFans star dangerously raising his arms in the air and leaning out of the vehicle as Ivan shouted, “Hayley, Hayley!”
She then leaned forward and laughed with Ivan.
A spokeswoman for Queensland Police said Thursday: “Police are aware of a video clip on social media and are working to establish the validity of the images and the people involved.”
The reality TV stars were joined by Gold Coast realtor Joshua Soineva, who Ivan tagged in a separate video earlier today.
After the footage was deleted, it was reposted by the Instagram watchdog Aussie Influencer Opinions account.
Queensland law states that the driver and passengers must always wear a seat belt when the car is in motion or stationary, but not when parked.
Driving without a seat belt can result in three demerit points and a fine of $ 413.

The trio were at Koi Dining in Broadbeach before the footage was released.
