And on Wednesday, the couple stepped out in style for lunch together in Sydney.
While Ella, 28, and Domenica, 29, are usually glam on Instagram for their combined 1.1 million followers, they opted for a cooler, more laid-back look for lunch.

Influencer Ella wore baggy cream pants and trainers, which she paired with a high-waisted top and cropped striped blazer.
She accessorized with sunglasses and various jewelry, and carried an iPhone in her hand.
Domenica wore knee-high black leather boots and an oversized pinstripe shirt that she tucked into a black miniskirt.
The BFFs looked less glamorous than their Instagram, where they often share images of themselves dressed up for red carpet events and fancy parties.

They recently attended the launch of Domenica’s Showpo collaboration in Sydney together.
The makeup artist’s Showpo range launched this month and includes daring cutout dresses, mini dresses and pastel power suits.
It comes after Domenica enlisted celebrity agent Sharon Finnigan, who represents the likes of Karl and Jasmine Stefanovic and Phoebe Burgess, to manage her.
According to an insider, she attended a series of meetings with Sharon and expressed her desire to launch her own line of podcasts and makeup.

Ella has also been hugely successful since rising to fame on Married at First Sight this year.
With 588,000 subscribers, the Melbourne-based beauty is her season’s most-followed entrant.
She has expressed interest in doing a podcast, but it’s unclear what her next step in the industry will be.
