Luis Diaz and Diogo Jota are among 33 Liverpool players to travel to their mid-season training camp in Dubai.
Diaz hasn’t played for the Reds since suffering a knee injury at Arsenal in early October.
Since then, the Colombian has been reporting personalized sessions and extra gym work in a bid to ensure he’s ready to play during the mid-season break.
As for Jota, the striker has suffered a major blow after missing out on the Portuguese World Cup squad with a calf injury.
He will also travel with Jurgen Klopp’s squad as he continues to recover from injury.
Elsewhere, Naby Keita and Arthur Melo will also be traveling and stepping up their efforts to come back from their respective fitness issues.
Liverpool’s World Cup representatives will join the squad at a later date, with Uruguayan Darwin Nunez due to join the squad next week.
While in Dubai, Liverpool will face Olympique Lyonnais and AC Milan in the Dubai Super Cup before returning to England in time for their Carabao Cup tie with Manchester City on December 22.
