She documented her weight loss journey, giving up alcohol and training regularly to lose three stones.
And X Factor star Lucy Spraggan, 28, posed topless on Instagram on Wednesday to reveal that her breasts looked like ‘low, empty sacks’.
Admitting that she tried to learn to love them as they are, Lucy admitted that she now wanted to have a boob job to make them look like they were.

She said, “ Okay … that’s a whole new level of openness. The most frequently asked question about losing weight is:
“Do you have loose skin? Yes. My breasts were hit pretty hard while losing weight.
“ I got lucky with loose skin, I have a bit of it around my stomach (just below my belt) and my arms – which I used to be terrified of people.

‘I would make sure there were no pictures where you could see him and wear clothes that covered that part of me. ”
She continued, “ Now the loose skin on my arms and stomach has become a bit of a badge of pride, something that not only doesn’t bother me, but there’s something liberating about it.
“My breasts, however, are a different story. I tried and tried to look at myself in the mirror and like them.
“ I tried to respect their choice to be low, empty sacks where my real t ** s were (see third picture) but I just can’t.
“The truth is, when I look at my breasts in the mirror, they make me feel miserable and insecure.
Lucy wrote: ‘I have worked really hard to bring my body to a place where I feel super comfortable this is the first time I have felt like this and honestly I am like’ you bitches! I do not deserve this! about my little pancakes.
