Lost Ark’s customization options give players a lot of control over their character’s facial makeup, and a particularly talented character creation expert in Lost Ark uses the MMORPG’s toolset to mimic a number of faces. of celebrities with surprisingly impressive detail. Reddit user Lady_of_the_Sith posted her designs on the Lost Ark subreddit, featuring nearly 20 different famous faces remade in the RPG game engine. The level of detail is pretty impressive too, with some of the hairstyles matching so closely you can’t help but wonder if the in-game models weren’t at least partly inspired by their real-world counterparts.
Along with some of the biggest names like Rihanna, Taylor Swift and Anya-Taylor Joy, there are also slightly deeper cuts including singer-songwriter Rina Sawayama and Vikings actress Katheryn Winnick. There’s also a nod to Lady Dimitrescu, the star of Resident Evil Village.
Unfortunately, the creator regrets that they didn’t keep track of all of their slider settings, but they do offer to redo some of people’s favorite designs and share the details for any users who want to try them out for themselves.
At the moment there are no male models – Lady_of_the_Sith explained that they had tried a few such models, including Timothée Chalamet and Brad Pitt, but felt they couldn’t quite has the necessary details worked out to make the models really stand out. Personally, we’re crossing our fingers for a recreation of Shrek.
