Lizzie Cundy went braless and flaunted her washboard abs in a sizzling selfie after an at-home workout on Wednesday.
The TV personality, 53, took to Instagram to share the snap with his 63.7k followers saying ‘home workouts were the ‘only good thing in lockdown’.
The star usually looked stunning in a white crop top and matching gym leggings.

Lizzie captioned the post, “I’m trying to get abs @rylans!” What an uplifting workout! The only good thing during lockdown is that I designed my own home workouts.. better than any gym! Come train with me?’
She also took to her Instagram to share another sports selfie which she captioned: “My home workouts are the best… keeping fit in 2022.”
The beauty styled her brunette locks in loose waves and she donned black eyeliner as she smoldered for the camera.

The former WAG posed for a photo alongside close friend Jodie Mcfetridge and looked noticeably different.
Lizzie stared at the camera with a sultry gaze and added glamor to her look with a smokey eye.
The star shared how she looked forward to the year ahead, advising her followers to “know your friends”.
Alongside the post, she wrote, “You can count your friends on the one hand…know your friends.” New year, new beginnings.. And you are one of my fingers.’

The TV and radio presenter was left red-faced after the outseam of her black form-fitting trousers tore at the bottom, completely exposing her lacy sheer underwear.
Sharing the awkward moment with Instagram followers, Lizzie revealed an embarrassingly large tear on her back, but did not reveal whether the accident happened during one of her many public appearances.
Captioning the image, she wrote: ‘Have you ever had one of these days? Gulp… has a needle and thread, anyone?’
